LLC "Rusgastech" is an actively developing Russian company in the market of high-tech equipment for gas and oil industry. The company was established in 2002.

LLC "Rusgastech" has a serious scientific and technical potential: on the creation of new systems in the field of technological processes automation using the latest technologies work more than 300 highly qualified specialists, including 10 doctors and candidates of sciences.

The main principles of our work help us to achieve maximum results in collaboration with our customers, specifically:

  • To perform the full complex of works from the scratch to turnkey, including design, development and equipment supply, installation and commissioning, as well as customer employee training;
  • To offer complete solutions, based on the automation of the entire technological process, rather than individual units;
  • Integration in the projects of our own production and the best products of Russian and foreign manufacturers;
  • Creation of the new products based on real working experience of Russian and foreign equipment in CIS, using proven technologies, improved to meet the requirements of Customer

In the Russian market, our company offers the equipment which has been repeatedly tested and modified as possible, that successfully works on oil and gas enterprises in Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Kazakhstan, and now in Russia.

At present, in Russia, we have already set up the production of:

  • The system of automatic management of gas pumping plant (SAM of GPP) based on configuration of GE Fanuc and Siemens (deployed about 50 systems) and SAM of compressor units; system of commercial gas accounting based on its own production calculators PM-3B, Flowtek-TM, Flowcore (installed over 2000 systems); production of TEX UA measuring pressure transducers TEX AU based on Honeywell pressure sensors (released more than 3 thousand units); remote control system based on SCADA controllers from Serck Controls firm;
  • Automatic control gas distribution stations, including the automatic gas odorization complexes;
  • Software and hardware systems of natural gas chromatographs of flowing type using modules HGC-303 manufactured by Yamatake (Japan installed 15 systems);
  • Software and hardware systems for automatic measurement of the density of natural gas, based on measurement of gas density type 3098A manufactured by SOLARTRON (UK)(installed 23 systems);
  • Automatic natural gas odorizes in accordance with the actual gas flow rate.
